Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi Sistem Edukasi dan Pemulihan Terpadu Untuk Stroke (SIPETRUK) Terhadap Fungsi Kognitif dan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Stroke

Latar Belakang: Stroke merupakan penyebab kematian dan kecacatan terbanyak kedua di dunia Indonesia tercatat sebagai negara dengan jumlah penderita stroke terbesar di Asia. Pasien paska serangan stroke mayoritas mengalami gangguan kognitif yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien sehingga membutuhkan edukasi yang tepat sebagai manajemen diri. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas aplikasi SIPETRUK terhadap fungsi kognitif dan kualitas pasien paska stroke. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi ekperimen dengan melibatkan 23 sampel pada kelompok intervensi dan 23 pada kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Post Stroke Cognitive Impairment untuk menilai fungsi kognitif dan WHOQOL-BREF Short Form-36 untuk menilai kualitas hidup responden. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli – September 2025. Data dianalisis dengan uji-T berpasangan. Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan pada fungsi kognitif menunjukkan nilai yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi yaitu 0,032 (P<0.05), sedangkan pada uji pada kualitas hidup menunjukkan nilai 0.043 (p<0.05) yang artinya pasien mengalami peningkatan kualitas hidup pada kelompok yang mendapatkan intervensi. Kesimpulan: Edukasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SIPETRUK dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan fungsi kognitif dan kualitas hidup pada pasien paska stroke.
