Journal Nursing Research Publication Media (Nursepedia) implements a digital preservation policy to ensure the long-term availability, integrity, and accessibility of all published content.

The journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a distributed digital archiving system developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) to preserve journals managed through Open Journal Systems (OJS). Through PKP PN, all articles published in Journal Nursepedia are securely archived in multiple geographically distributed servers to prevent data loss, technical failure, or platform discontinuity.
