Abstract

Latar Belakang: Lanjut usia (lansia) mengalami kemunduran beberapa kemampuan terjadi baik itu fisik, kognitif, maupun mental. Masalah yang paling sering terjadi pada lansia hipertensi yaitu kepatuhan minum obat hipertensi. Kepatuhan minum obat dipengaruhi oleh usia, sikap, stres, depresi, cemas dan lama menderita. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres, depresi, dan kecemasan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada lansia hipertensi di UPTD Puskesmas Selemadeg Timur I. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekata cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 138 responden dan dipilih dengan metode accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner DASS-42, pengukuran kepatuhan minum obat menggunakan Pill Count Adherence Ratio (PCAR). Hasil: Rata-rata usia responden 64 tahun, didominasi oleh laki-laki (52,9%), rata-rata lama menderita hipertensi 4 tahun. Sebagian besar responden mengalami stress sedang (46,4%), didominasi tingkat depresi sedang (39,9%) dan sejumlah 44,2% menderita kecemasan sedang. Didapatkan sebagian besar responden tidak patuh minum obat hipertensi (56,5%). Didapatkan hasil uji korelasi nilai p = 0,001 antara stress dengan kepatuhan, p = 0,000 antara depresi dengan kepatuhan, p = 0,000 antara kecemasan dengan kepatuhan. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan tingkat stres, depresi, dan kecemasan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada lansia hipertensi di UPTD Puskesmas Selemadeg Timur I. Pasien dan keluarga agar tetap memperhatikan tingkat stres, depresi, kecemasan, dan kepatuhan minum obat pada lansia hipertensi.
